Order Processing & Shipping Information

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from Indonesia by our team.

Here’s how we process your order:

  1. Order Placement & Immediate Processing
    Once your order is placed, we immediately begin preparing it for export. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

  2. Export Documentation
    We will apply for all required export permits and phytosanitary documents. This process typically takes 1 to 14 business days.

  3. Shipping Confirmation
    Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
    • A photo of your package
    • A photo of plants purchased
    • The DHL tracking number
    • All necessary export documents attached to the shipment including Phytosanitary Certificate(s)

  4. Shipment Monitoring
    Both our team and you as the buyer are encouraged to monitor the shipment. If any issues arise during transit, please notify us promptly so we can assist accordingly.

  5. After Shipment
    Once the package has been handed over to DHL Express, we kindly recommend that you stay in contact with your local DHL representative for tracking updates. Our team also relies on DHL Express agents and will be available to support you where possible.
