Processing Time
* Orders are processed soon after they’re placed.
* Paperwork related to the Ministry of Agriculture may take 14 working days. This includes Phytosanitary Certificate.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
* Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
* Delivery times vary based on your location, your country customs and inspections process your imports :
* Asia: 2-5 business days
* USA: 4-10 business days
* Other: 7-15 business days
Please note that any taxes, customs duties, or additional fees charged by DHL Express, your country's customs office, or other third parties are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and are not covered by Okanoka.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

✨ Additional documents may be provided upon request if required by the destination country’s import regulations. Please let us know in advance if your country has special requirements.
If your country requires specific documents to be included inside or outside the package, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance with clear instructions. This helps us ensure your order complies with all import requirements.
If no special instructions are provided, we will proceed using our standard shipping procedures.
