Refund policy

Cancellation
You will be charged 35% of the total amount, excluding shipping, for any cancellation. This fee covers the cost of documents and processing required for your order.

Return
*We do not accept returns.

Refunds
We offer refunds up to a maximum of 60% of the purchase price for plants that arrive dead on arrival (DOA). Please contact us with clear photos, showing the entire plant from top to bottom, within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for the refund. This policy is only applicable to plants confirmed to have arrived dead. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement
We accept replacements only for plants that arrive dead on arrival (DOA) with no chance of survival. A replacement is only applicable if you provide a picture of all the purchased plants in one image (lined up), showing the full plants from leaf to roots, along with detailed pictures of the dead-on-arrival plant.

Non-Replaceable Conditions:
1. Yellowing leaves
2. Broken stems
3. Travel stress
4. Ripped leaves

Replacement Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the replacement item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Alternatively, you can place a new order, and we will include the plants to be replaced in that new order.

Special Case
In cases where plants arrive with ripped or yellowing leaves, or exhibit signs of travel stress, if you decide to place another order from my store, I will consider including (resending) those plants in your next order.

Please choose wisely, as you can only claim the insurance once.
