Shipping policy

Processing Time
* Orders are processed 24 hours after they’re placed.
* Paperwork related to the Ministry of Agriculture may take 14 working days. This includes Phytosanitary Certificate.
* Wholesale orders and/or purchases totaling more than 200 plants may take longer to process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
* Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
* Delivery times vary based on your location, your country customs and inspections process your imports :
    * Asia: 3-5 business days
    * USA: 4-12 business days
    * Other: 7-20 business days

I am not responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties that may be charged by DHL Express, destination customs, or any other parties outside of Okanoka.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Default paperwork attached to the package includes:
a). Phytosanitary Certificate (Free)
b). Commercial Invoice (Free)
c). Declaration letter (stated in the Phytosanitary Certificate)
d). Shipping label by DHL Express. 
e). Import Permit (if necessary)

Buyers are responsible for informing me of any additional paperwork that must be attached or provided, and how it should be included, either inside or outside the package. If no special instructions are provided, I reserve the right to follow our usual standard procedures. Okanoka is not liable or responsible for any mistakes or errors incurred as a result.

I am not responsible for any loss or for packages held by your customs, USDA, or DHL for any reason after they have been shipped out of Indonesia. Once the packages are shipped, I have no control over their delivery. Both buyers and Okanoka agree to monitor the shipped packages and remain in swift contact if any issues arise.

Okanoka always provides electronic shipment proof by email, which includes:
a). Original Phytosanitary certificate
b). Commercial Invoice (upon request)
c). Photo of the package 
d). Photo of the plants purchased taken a few hours before shipment

We are a registered and licensed nursery with all the necessary rights to export live plants.
