We coordinate the export preparation, plant quarantine inspection, phytosanitary documentation, international shipment, Canadian import process, and domestic forwarding.

You can choose your plants, check out normally on Okanoka.com, and let us know that you want to join the next Canada Group Shipping cycle. We then calculate the Group Shipping amount and apply the shipping you already paid at checkout as a credit.
This means you do not pay the website shipping charge and the full Group Shipping fee separately.
How Much Does Canada Group Shipping Cost?
The current Canada Group Shipping rate is $10 USD per plant.
1–5 Plants
$10 USD per plant + $20 USD per package for Canadian domestic delivery.
6 Plants or More
$10 USD per plant with free Canadian domestic delivery.
The Group Shipping rate also includes the Canadian import tax and related import-processing fees handled through the consolidated shipment.
Already Paid Shipping at Checkout?
If you have already checked out on Okanoka.com, the shipping amount you paid on the website is counted as part of your Canada Group Shipping payment.
We first calculate your Group Shipping fee from the number of plants, then subtract the shipping amount you already paid at checkout. If your order contains 1–5 plants, the $20 Canadian domestic delivery fee is then added.
Illustrative example: 5 plants
5 plants × $10 = $50 Group Shipping fee
If you already paid $30 shipping at checkout, that $30 is credited toward the Group Shipping fee.
$50 − $30 = $20 remaining
Canadian domestic delivery for 1–5 plants = $20
Additional payment after checkout: $40 USD
Your exact additional payment depends on the shipping amount already paid at checkout and the number of plants in your order.
How Canada Group Shipping Works
1. Choose Your Plants
Browse the plants available on Okanoka.com and add the plants you want to your cart.
2. Check Out Normally
Complete checkout on the website. If Shopify charges shipping during checkout, that shipping payment will later be credited toward your Canada Group Shipping fee.
3. Join the Next Canada Group Shipping Cycle
Tell Okanoka that you want your order included in Canada Group Shipping. We will confirm the next available scheduled shipment and calculate any remaining Group Shipping balance.
4. Export Preparation in Indonesia
We prepare the plants for export, coordinate Indonesian plant quarantine inspection and phytosanitary documentation, and pack the plants for international transit.
5. Consolidated Shipment to Canada
Your order travels together with other Canada Group Shipping orders in one coordinated shipment. Okanoka handles the group import arrangement as part of the service.
6. Delivery to Your Canadian Address
After the consolidated shipment completes the Canadian import process, individual customer orders are prepared for domestic forwarding.
Once the shipment has been dispatched from Indonesia, delivery to your home address in Canada typically takes around 5–7 days, depending on how far your destination is from the domestic forwarding point.

When Is the Next Canada Group Shipment?
Canada Group Shipping runs on scheduled consolidation dates. It is not an on-demand weekly service.
If timing is important, contact us before ordering and ask for the next available Canada Group Shipping date.

Do I need my own import permit?
No. Customers joining Okanoka Canada Group Shipping do not need to provide their own personal import permit.
How much is Canada Group Shipping?
The current rate is $10 USD per plant. Orders of 1–5 plants also have a $20 USD per-package domestic delivery fee. For orders of 6 plants or more, Canadian domestic delivery is free.
What happens to the shipping I already paid at checkout?
It is credited toward your Canada Group Shipping fee. We calculate your Group Shipping amount, subtract the shipping already paid on Okanoka.com, and then add the $20 domestic delivery fee only when the order contains 1–5 plants.
Are Canadian import tax and import-related fees included?
Yes. The Canadian import tax and related import-processing fees handled as part of the Group Shipping arrangement are included in the Group Shipping rate.
How long does delivery take?
Once the shipment has been dispatched from Indonesia, delivery to your Canadian address typically takes around 5–7 days, depending on your location and domestic delivery distance.
Will the plants be delivered to my home?
Yes. After the consolidated shipment completes the Canadian import process, your order is forwarded domestically to your Canadian delivery address.

No. Plants are shipped bare-root with sphagnum moss.
