This plant can trail or climb up to four feet. By its easy going characteristic, a green thumb is not necessarily needed to make this plant thrive—placing it as one of the most amazing houseplant gifts for amateur gardeners.
If your hederaceum becomes leggy, it is advisable to pinch its stem (use your fingers or scissors—sharpened and cleaned) near a node to encourage new growth and help it to become bushy.
Philodendron Erubescens
Also known as the Pink Princess—this type of Philodendron has beautiful and exotic-looking leaves. It is variegated with black or dark green with pink. The pink leaf sections are lacking in chlorophyll and it is really important to keep a balance between the colors with exposure to indirect light only.
